About Us
Wodonga South Primary School is located in Cartwright Street, Wodonga in the White Box Rise Estate. The school was first established in the 1970s with a whole new school being built on the current location in 2011.
The school is part of the Southern Rise Education Centre that also includes a three and four year old preschool, Maternal and Child Health program, a Childcare Centre and a before and after school and vacation care program for primary aged children.
Wodonga South Primary School offers Foundation to Year 6. Enrolment at Wodonga South
Primary School sits around 520 students across 24 multi-age classes with the exception of the Foundation year.
Wodonga South Primary has specialist teachers in Physical Education, Music, Visual Arts and Auslan (LOTE). The school has a school band and choirs that students can participate in.
